Things Aren't Always As They Appear to Be

Things Aren’t Always As They Appear to Be… What I’ve learned from my personal experience and pain is that things aren’t always as they appear to be. Everyone in this world is silently suffering. You, your friends, your acquaintances, and all the other people in this world are suffering. This is a fact. As humans, when we enter into this world, we are entering into a world of pain and suffering. Life is a giver of both pleasure and pain and is a journey for every individual who is given the opportunity to live.

The problem that we face is that we tend to view people with only our physical vision; as a result, this forces our egos to judge people and determine their value and worth. For example, many of us look at other people and think that they have the “perfect lives.” We assume this based upon their appearance, wealth, fame, status, lifestyle, career, relationships, etc… But these assumptions that our egos create are false lies.

We tend to develop hate in our hearts toward others when we are mistreated by them. But the truth is that we don’t know what these people are going through in their personal lives. We don’t know the pain that they’re experiencing. Most of the time, when people treat others poorly, they’re projecting their pain. They’re in such deep suffering that they live in a way that projects their pain onto others.

It’s time for us to open the eyes of our hearts and start viewing ourselves, others, and the world from a place of love! When we do this, our vision will be altered, and we will start to view things on a completely different level. We will begin to see from the eyes of our hearts. This new perspective will allow us to gain deep insight and awareness regarding the pain in our lives, in other’s lives, and in the world. Once we are able to see things clearly, our hearts will begin to change. We will then have the desire to nurture, love, respect, and care for ourselves and one another. As a result, we will be able to unite together to help each other heal the pain we all are suffering from – physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, and spiritually. Keep moving forward in LOVE. Love, Heather
