Love Vision Rule #78: Acknowledge, Accept, Change

It’s time to acknowledge, accept, and change. Acknowledge what? The unhappiness, anger, guilt, frustration, shame and all of the other negative thoughts, behaviors, actions, emotions and beliefs that are holding you captive in your life. You are fully aware that they are present and that they’re imprisoning you from living your best life now. You’ve adopted these negative beliefs, emotions, thoughts, etc..over the years from your own personal life experiences beginning from the time you were born. Through your upbringing, family, friends, peers, relationships, interactions with others, the media, and society. You’ve adopted your “now” belief system about yourself, others, and the world around you. It’s finally time for you to fully acknowledge the negative beliefs that are not serving you and that are stealing your joy, peace, happiness and ability to have amazing success in your life. Get open, honest, vulnerable, and completely real with yourself. Search your mind & heart and take the time to write down all of the negative beliefs, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and actions that aren’t serving you. Writing this down and reading it is the first step to acknowledging & accepting your current belief system. This is one of the most eye-opening and life changing exercise that you can do. Step 1) Acknowledge. Step 2) Accept. Step 3) Change. Make sure to give yourself enough time to read over your completed list. Dig deep within yourself and commit your mind, body, and soul to changing your belief system to one that will fully support and serve you- mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. You deserve to live a life of freedom, fun and fulfillment.
