Rule #52: Detox Your Life!
You have the daily choice to fill your diet of healthy and nourishing foods. Many people are very conscious of their diet and its direct correlation on their physical, mental, and even emotional states of being. Most of our society is even quite obsessed with body and body image, living lives dedicated to very healthy diets to achieve desired physical outcomes. This isn’t a bad thing…it just surprises me. Why? I’ll tell you why. It’s just amazes me how so many people who are conscious of what they put in their body are totally ignorant to what they feed their mind and soul on a daily basis.
Think about it… many people fill their bodies with the healthiest foods, but they feed their minds and souls with utter crap! They continue striving to maintain a healthy and strong physique; all the while their minds and souls are malnourished. This malnourishment will ultimately lead to a very unhealthy, unhappy, and unfulfilled soul. You need to feed your mind, body, and soul the things that will truly nourish you and help you to grow! Strive to fill your whole body and life with healthy and nourishing things. Detox the bad! Remember…the bad and unhealthy things come in various forms: unhealthy foods, alcohol, drugs, toxic relationships, negative emotions/feelings, negative thoughts and beliefs, etc. So… make it a point to detox your life from anything that is unhealthy! It’s time to DETOX BABY!!! 😊
Exercise #52: Detox Your Life:
Strive to daily detox anything unhealthy, negative, and harmful in your life. Search your soul and write a list of the unhealthy things you know that you need to detox from. Commit to living a healthy lifestyle for you as a whole person-your mind, body, and soul.
