Rule #50: Take a Break!

You are laser-focused on achieving your goals and dreams! You’re an over-achiever, multi-tasker, and modern day Wonder Woman! You never seem to stop! All of these are awesome and wonderful qualities that you possess 😊 But make sure that you take a break every day to do something that you love, something that relaxes you, or re-energizes you. Whatever it is…you choose. You need to incorporate spending some time every day doing the things that your truly love and are passionate about. Even if you only have 5-10 minutes…that’s o.k. – it’s a good start! You need to rest and recharge so that you can continue to keep up with your busy self. This will help you to maintain balance in your life.

Exercise #50 - Take a Break: Commit to dedicate time every day to give yourself a break. Spend this time doing whatever it is that your heart desires that day. The more time that you spend on engaging in activities that you love, the more joy and balance you will begin to have in your life. This will refresh your mind, body, and soul! If you’re super busy start with just 5-10 minutes and work your way upward! You deserve it 😉
