Rule #37: Embrace Healing
Choose to embrace healing every day. Your mind, body, and soul need healing. Hope, Faith, and Self-Love are key ingredients of healing. Strive to only put good, healthy, and positive things into your mind, body, and soul. Educate yourself on what truly will nourish and nurture your body. No matter what you’re facing- physically, mentally, or emotionally…chose to love yourself unconditionally and make self-love and self-care your #1 priority. When you do this, you’re restoring the internal coherence within yourself, that will help to initiate healing for your mind, body, and emotions. Incorporate a healthy diet, exercise, adequate rest, meditation, yoga, visualization, prayer, positive people, laughter, love, and joy into your daily life. Keep persevering regardless of your circumstances, challenges, and difficulties. No matter how you feel, continue to embrace healing. You’re so much stronger than you think!
Exercise #37- Embrace Healing: Give yourself a few minutes of quiet time alone to meditate. Openly admit to yourself where you need healing in your life. Commit to embracing healing ever day through self-love and self-care. Daily repeat the following affirmations when you need strength, motivation, and inspiration: 1) I am strong. 2) I perform self-love and care daily. 3) My mind, body, and soul are healthy, connected, and in balance. 4) Every cell of my body is healed. 5) I am passionate about nurturing my mind, body, and soul with my healthy lifestyle.
