Rule # 30: Spend time in nature

Commit to spending ten or fifteen minutes in nature every day. This will allow you to develop a healthy habit that will help you get out of your conscious mind and more into an intuitive state. Our minds, bodies, and souls need nature in order to maintain our psychological, emotional, and physical well-being. So many people in today’s society don’t spend enough time in nature. They use their busy lifestyles and hectic schedules as their personal excuses for not having enough time. Being too busy…preoccupies their daily lives. They are unable to connect with all of the natural beauty that surrounds them. We must make it a priority to take a few minutes every day to allow ourselves to connect with nature. This is vital in order for us to live fully present in our lives and remain connected to ourselves, others, and the world.

Exercise #30: Spend Time in Nature: Begin spending ten or fifteen minutes in nature every day. Make this one of your non-negotiable “healthy habits.” Enjoy this time by meditating in the beauty that surrounds you; let your mind be free. This practice will teach you how to become more attuned to the world around you and more receptive to the natural signs and messages that the Universe is sending to you on a daily basis. Commit to start this healthy habit tomorrow. Don’t make any excuses! Start with just 10 minutes a day 😊 Your mind, body, and soul will reap the benefits!
